Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEÜN) students have once again made a name for themselves! Within the scope of the University Student Communities Cooperation and Support Program (UNIDES) for the 4th Period of 2024-2025 carried out by the General Directorate of Youth Services of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, 18 projects prepared within BEÜN were entitled to be supported.

One of the 1288 successful projects selected from a total of 1995 applications belongs to the eGather English Socialization Community:

“Voices Beyond Walls - Carrying the Voices of Children in Sevgi Evleri Farther with English”

This meaningful project focuses not only on language teaching but also on social responsibility. The project aims to enable children staying in Sevgi Evleri to express themselves through English and to reach a wider audience with their voices.

Lecturer Ulaş Koçak, the academic advisor of the project, expressed his gratitude to Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer, Rector of BEUN, Lecturer Okşan Dağlı, Director of the School of Foreign Languages, and the officials from the Ministry of Youth and Sports for their support throughout this process.
