The ÜNİDES Sevgi Evleri Project, aimed at one of the most vulnerable segments of society—children in need of protection—seeks to strengthen social solidarity through the active involvement of university youth with a strong sense of social responsibility. Within the scope of this project, our volunteer students regularly meet with children living in Sevgi Evleri to support their academic, social, and emotional development.

Our project emphasizes the values of equality, empathy, and active citizenship, aiming both to improve the quality of life for the children and to enhance university students’ awareness of social issues. In this way, our university’s contribution to society extends beyond academics, creating a lasting impact that directly touches social life.

The ÜNİDES Sevgi Evleri Project is a concrete example of a sustainable understanding of social responsibility, strengthening the bond between the university and the community.
