The Professional Development Unit of our school organized an online in-service training titled "CEFR Descriptors, Learner Autonomy and Learning Journal." The session was delivered by teacher trainer  Leyla Masmaliyeva,PhD.

Faculty members actively participated in the session, exploring how CEFR descriptors can be integrated into learner autonomy and reflective learning practices. The participants discussed effective ways to help students monitor and evaluate their own learning through learning journals.

Throughout the session, the participants sought answers to one central question: How can we make the learning journal implemented this year more beneficial for our students? The training concluded with an engaging exchange of ideas and reflections from the participants.
