As part of its preparations for the 2025–2026 academic year, the School of Foreign Languages (SFL) held a general information meeting with the participation of all instructors.

The meeting began with opening remarks from our Director, Lecturer Okşan DAĞLI, who shared her evaluations and messages regarding the new academic year. DAĞLI provided important updates on the accreditation process, the overall functioning of the school, and the upcoming agenda for the new term. She wished for a productive and successful academic year for both our university and the SFL, while extending her gratitude to all academic and administrative staff for their dedicated efforts.

During the meeting, curriculum updates and improvements aligned with this year’s accreditation process were discussed. The Curriculum Unit presented the innovative changes introduced to the program, along with the new practices that will be implemented by faculty members.

Following this, the Exam Preparation Unit delivered a detailed presentation on the exams, projects, and assessment criteria that students will engage with throughout the academic year.

The Speaking Unit also shared information on the methods and schedules of exams and projects designed to assess students’ speaking skills.

The fruitful meeting concluded with an exchange of ideas and a motivating discussion to set the tone for the new academic year.
