Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University is leading the "Lingua Trek - Transforming Foreign Language Education in Europe through Digital Game-Based Approach" project within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA 220 School Education program, hosted by Spain, with a total of 8 partners from 6 countries.

The project is being conducted under the leadership of Dr. Emrah Baki Başoğlu, an Instructor at the BEUN Distance Education Center. The project, spanning a total of 3 years, aims to develop an innovative application in English language instruction called "Lingua Trek," a digital game.

The inaugural meeting for the project took place last week, during which the project's fundamental objectives, work packages, and the responsibilities of the partners were discussed. The digital game to be developed within the scope of the project seeks to enhance students' English language skills by making the language learning process more interactive and enjoyable.

The Lingua Trek project, to be conducted in collaboration with participating partners, aims to strengthen BEUN's role in global language learning.
