An important meeting was held at the School of Foreign Languages of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University on November 12, 2024. The meeting was chaired by the Administrator of the school, Lecturer Okşan Dağlı, with the participation of the Vice Administrator, Dr. Duygu Sağlam, and the Head of the Department, Dr. Sevda Çimen.

The meeting, which attracted great interest from class representatives, covered topics such as the importance of preparatory education, the functioning of the school, the importance of using the school website, the student handbook, the effective use of school resources, Erasmus exchange programs, cafeteria services, and the library.

Students' demands and suggestions were listened to with great care during the meeting. The administration emphasized the importance of direct communication with students and underlined the bridge role of class representatives in this process.

The administrator of the school, Lecturer Okşan Dağlı, stated, "Our class representatives are the most valuable student representatives of our school. Thanks to them, we can better understand our students' thoughts and provide them with better services. Such meetings are of great importance in increasing student satisfaction and creating a more productive learning environment."

All class representatives who attended the meeting stated that the meeting was very productive and that they had gained useful information.
