The editorial boards of Turkish Diabetes and Obesity Journal, Western Black Sea Medical Journal, and Higher Education and Science Journal published by Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University and English Language Editors meeting was held in the meeting hall of the Incirharmani Campus School of Foreign Languages. Editors-in-Chief of Journals Prof. Dr. Taner BAYRAKTAROĞLU, Doç. Dr. Zehra Safi ÖZ; Field Editors Prof. Dr. Hale Sayan ÖZAÇMAK, Prof. Dr. Meryem Akpolat FERAH; Assistant Editors  Dr. Öğrt. Üyesi Şükran ÖZTÜRK and Emine FİDAN, Director of the School of Foreign Languages Okşan DAĞLI, Chair Person of Foreign Languages Department  Instructor Cansu Ünal DOMBAYCI, Assistant Director Dr. İnan TEKİN, Assistant Professor Ümran ÜSTÜNBAŞ and Instructors Ali ORHAN, Eda Baki ZENGİN, Hazal Gül İnce TUGAYTİMUR, Sevilay YILDIRIM joined the meeting.

At the meeting, the labor and publication policy of the journals, the editorial processes of the articles, and the workflow were reviewed. The current situation in national and international directories, and what to do to increase the quality and content of publications were discussed. After the mutual exchange of views, the meeting was concluded successfully by wishing for productive work.
