Our University School of Foreign Languages continues its activities within the scope of social responsibility activities without interruption. Our school hosted a conference on “tobacco addiction” involving college students on 13.04.2022. Due to the risk of Covid-19, limited participation was achieved in the conference, which was prepared and conducted by the "Fight Against Addiction Branch" officials working actively in the Kozlu Youth Center in Zonguldak. At the event attended by at least one representative from all classes in the Department of Foreign Languages, the topics of "addiction" and "tobacco addiction" were discussed, and striking statistics and steps that could be taken to solve the current problem were shared. The conference ended with the presentation of a certificate of appreciation by our director, Lecturer Okşan Dağlı.
