The informational meeting for the Racing Drone Pilot Training Program, launched exclusively for Zonguldak with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, was held with high participation at İncirharmanı Campus.
At the promotional event, which drew great interest from young people, the details of the program were conveyed by youth leaders from Kozlu Youth Center. Youth Leader Serdar Özada provided comprehensive information about the training process designed for middle school, high school, and university students. After informing the students about the race drone course, Özada offered participants the opportunity to experience the first steps of FPV piloting by having them perform simulation flights.
Students who took part in the simulation flights expressed their interest in the program and stated their willingness to be trained.
Additionally, Youth Leader Melike Bilgin also gave a presentation at the event. Bilgin shared exciting news with the students about upcoming voice, poetry reading, theater, and quiz competitions to be organized under the coordination of the General Directorate of Youth Services. She emphasized that there are significant opportunities for young people who want to showcase their talents in different fields.
The first step of the program, which aims to train pilots from Zonguldak for TEKNOFEST and international competitions, was completed with the enthusiasm and determination of the youth.
